Dine at the Global Table
At Fred & Stilla, we connect people with the world through the power of food. Each dish on our dinner menu is inspired by a country with an embassy in our Dupont Circle neighborhood. Our Global Table dishes are actually contributed by the Chefs from embassies with whom we've partnered in the past. Our Executive Chef Sanya Phouthakhanty and his culinary team meet the Embassy Chef to learn their secrets in creating authentic dishes that represent cuisine of their particular part of the world. We love the opportunity to give weary travelers a true taste of home through our Global Table menu.-
